Definition. Tendering & Bid Management

  • 01. To prepare detailed material and workmanship specifications in accordance with Building Regulation, Requirements and applicable standards.
  • 02. To prepare detailed drawings to be included with tender documents.
  • 03. To provide general Conditions of Contract, Tender form’s, Instructions to Bidders and other relevant documents and compile a consolidated Tender document by organizing all these documents in a sequential order, in active discussions with the client.
  • 04. To assist client in the pre-qualification process and provide rating to the contractor profiles.
  • 05. To appraise and report on tenders submitted by other vendors
  • 06. To assist client in negotiation with tenderers

GI Piping
